                              RESOLUTION NO. 21383
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO ENTER
                 INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CHATTANOOGA
                 AUDUBON SOCIETY, INC. FOR THE USE OF THE ROSS'S
                 LANDING BOAT RAMP.
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into 

       a License Agreement with the Chattanooga Audubon Society, Inc. 
for
       the use of the Ross's Landing Boat Ramp.
